Q:How many children can go on a moonwalk at one time?
A:The general rule of thumb is that about 8 to 10 eight year olds can be in the moonwalk at one time.The older the children the fewer that should be in the moonwalk.
Q:Can kids wear shoes inside the moonwalk?
A:No, children need to take off their shoes, glasses, and anything else that could put a hole in the moonwalk.There are also these rules posted on each moonwalk.
Q:How big are the moonwalks?
A:The moonwalks and inflatables come in a variety of sizes and shapes.For specific sizes please see the item descriptions under the product categories or call or e-mail us.
Q:Can I pick up a moonwalk myself?
A:No, we must set them up to be sure everything is safe.
Q:What comes with a moonwalk?
A:The moonwalk, a tarp to put the moonwalk on and a blower that plugs into an exterior outlet.
Q:Does the blower have to stay running?
A:Yes, the blower must run the entire time you want the moonwalk to remain inflated.
Canopies
Q:How do I know what size canopy I can fit in my yard?
A:If you have an idea of the size of canopy you would like then you should allow at least five feet on each side of the canopy when measuring.For example, for a 20x20 canopy you would need an area of at least 30x30 ft.Also you should look at the area to make sure there are no branches or wires that are less then 15 feet above the ground.
Q:How many people can I seat under a canopy?
A:It varies according to the size of the canopy.You can look under the item description for which ever canopy you are interested in to see haw many people it ACCOMMODATES.
Concession and Food Equipment
Q:Does the popcorn machine come with popcorn?
A:No, the machine does not come with popcorn, but we do sell the supplies that you would need seperatley. We have supplies available for a number of the food machines. Please see the item descriptions for more details.
Q:Do I have to clean the machine that I rent?
A:Yes, you need to return the machine to us in the condition you received it in. All machines returned dirty will be CHARGED a cleaning fee.
Frozen Drink Machine
Q:How much does it cost to rent a margarita machine from Fergies Rental?
A: The price is $150 plus tax. This includes your first mix concentrate, use of our 5 gallon pre-measured mixing jugs. .
Q: Are the machines easy to use?
A: Yes indeed. We show you how to use the machine. We leave clear printed instructions. NO ICE NEEDED.
Q: How many drinks does one batch yield?
A: One batch of margaritas makes about 60 - 9 ounce drinks. The machine will hold just about 3.5 gallons per hopper. Our experience shows that usually half or more guests drink the frozen drinks even if you offer a choice. We recommend one batch for every 30 frozen beverage drinkers. Extra mix is $35.00 and refundable if unopened.
Q: How long does the first batch take to freeze?
A: Indoors about 40 minutes, outside on warm days, up to one hour. There is no waiting between batches because you add to the top reservoir when mix-low light comes on.
Q: Who provides the liquor and how much will I need?
A: The customer provides all liquor. A batch of margaritas calls for 1.875 liters tequila (a large bottle) and one-half liter of triple sec.
Q: Are other kinds of drinks available?
A: Absolutely. You can serve Strawberry Daiquiris, Margaritas, Cherry, Root Beer, Grape, Orange and Lime. All mixes can be made without alcohol FOR KIDS!
Q: How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
A: We recommend two weeks and longer for holiday seasons and traditional party dates like Cinco de Mayo, Halloween, New Years Eve and Mardi Gras.

Q:Where do you deliver to?
A:We deliver to Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties. We will deliver to areas outside of this region as well.
